Our Four Step Project Framework

Consult & On Site Inspection
Our first point of contact is usually a simple phone conversation. During this phone call, we will be asking questions to get an understanding of the job and what you are hoping to achieve.

From there we will book an onsite inspection meet you in person and take pictures and measurements in order to further understand the job requirements.

Work Begins
Once you've accepted the quote and we've agreed upon a start date and time, the project kicks off.
Once the project is underway, we maintain open communication channels to ensure your satisfaction. Regular check-ins and updates keep you informed of progress and allow for any adjustments or feedback you may have.

Design & Quote
During the design phase we will help you choose materials, finishes, and fixtures for your project, including recommendations based on budget, aesthetic preferences, and durability.
We will then give you a quote or an estimate based on all of the information we have gathered.
With the quote you will receive our Terms of Trade, Disclosure Statement and Prescribed checklist so that you can be sure we are meeting all of our obligations.

Review for 100% Satisfaction
Once we have completed the work, we will touch base with you to ensure that all requirements have been met to your satisfaction.
