Our Reno Process

Initial Consultation
First up is an initial phone call to discuss your project. From there we can arrange an onsite inspection to get a better understanding of the scope of work and job requirements. We'll discuss your project ideas, answer your questions, and lay the groundwork for a successful collaboration.

Scope of Work + Quote
After finalising your design we'll move to the quoting stage. At this point we will engage with all of our trusted contractors and put together a project timeline. We’ll present a detailed construction proposal and address any questions you may have, ensuring complete transparency and understanding.

Plans + Drawings
Not all renovations require an extensive plan or architectural drawing, but for larger scal projects we can arrange a comprehensive set of plans that will transform your concepts into final designs, perfectly matching your aesthetic and functional goals.

Construction Begins
This is where your vision comes to life. We manage the entire process, coordinating schedules and logistics for all tradespeople involved— roofing and scaffolding contractors, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters, tilers and more. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient construction phase from start to finish.
